Henry, I can’t believe you are 7 months and 3 weeks old already. We have been doing so many fun things together now that I’m done with school for the year. We go to the park for jogs in the jogging stroller. En route we stop and watch the fountain at Grand Army Plaza. We play in the grass. We play with friends. We play at home and practice crawling around. Your newest milestone reached is that you can go from all fours to a sitting position effortlessly. It’s great but last night you sat up in your crib and it took you a long time to figure out how to tuck your legs under and lay down again. As I write this I look at you in the video monitor trying to nap. You were just sitting up looking around and now you are laying down again but your legs are still straddled. I imagine it’s uncomfortable but you have your thumb in your mouth and you seem to have fallen back to sleep. You will be part of father’s day celebrating this weekend. We will give dad a gift and make lunch for papa Lewis. Early this week you gave grandpa Richie a gift and cake. I am so happy it’s summer and that we get to play together and do photo shoots of you when you get out of the bath. I know you might be mad at me someday for snapping these photos but I could not resist!
